Vinification: The grapes are sorted and kept drying for 3 months open and well-ventilated place, achieving a natural concentration of sugars, acidity, color and flavors. The dried grapes are crushed and fermented with the stems.

Tasting notes: Exceptional and deep red color. Rich and complex aroma, flavors of dried plums, blackcurrant, caramel, chocolate and dry leaves. Sweet and powerful in the mouth, well balanced acidity and velvet tannins, sweet finish and persistent aftertaste.
