Vinification: The grape juice stays with the skins for a few hours after crushing. The free-run juice is fermented at 15-16°C.

Tasting notes: Bright candy pink color. Delicate and interesting aroma of red fruits - wild strawberry and cherry with notes of citrus zest. Fresh and fruity acidity, balanced and soft on the palate.
