Vinication: Maceration at a low temperature for 48 hours after crushing. Fermented with our own yeasts (Zm86), isolated from our vineyards of Mavrud. Unltered, sediment may appear.
Ageing: 6 months in Bulgarian oak barrels
Tasting notes: Deep red color. Spicy nose, powerful and complex aroma, blackberry and prune notes and hints of vanilla. Full bodied, juicy and harmonious taste.
