Pamid: 4 days maceration at 8-10oC for maximum color extraction. Spontaneous fermentation. The wine stays with the lees in one month with daily batonnage. Coarse ltration before bottling, sediment may appear. Merlot: The crushed grapes are fermented in stainless steel with cultured yeast. Minimal doses of plant-based clarier are used. Coarse ltration before bottling.
Tasting notes: Bright and dark raspberry color. Fruity aroma with notes of cherry and raspberry. Light to medium body, pleasant freshness and delicate
fruity aftertaste.
