Harvest: Hand picked, the middle of September

Vinication: 4 days maceration at 8-10oC for maximum color extraction. Spontaneous fermentation. The wine stays with the lees in one month with daily batonnage. Coarse filration before bottling, sediment may appear.

Tasting notes: Bright and dark raspberry color. Fruity aroma with notes of cherry and raspberry. Light to medium body, pleasant freshness and delicate
fruity aftertaste.
