Vinication: „Open top fermentation” method, in open vat of Bulgarian oak, punching down the “cap” 4-5 times a day. No added sultes during the winemaking process – from the harvest to the bottling. No barrel ageing. Sediment may appear.

Ageing potential: 3 years

Tasting notes: Bright red color. Complex and pleasant nose with nuances of black fruits. Ripe tannins in the mouth, good structure and delightful nish.
