Harvest: Hand picked, the first days of October
Vinification: „Open top fermentation” method, in open vat of Bulgarian oak, punching down the “cap” 4-5 times a day. No added sulfites during the winemaking process – from the harvest to the bottling. Unfiltered, sediment may appear.
Ageing: 2 months in Bulgarian oak barrel with daily batonnage
Tasting notes: Bright red color. Complex and pleasant nose with nuances of black fruits. Ripe tannins in the mouth, good structure and delightful finish.
