Origin of the grapes: Organic grapes from own vineyards, dry-farmed. Hand picked grapes.
Wine inspiration: To create an interesting and refreshing wine with minimal intervention, relying primarily on the qualities of the grapes.
Vinication: Hand-picked grapes at the end of September. Gentle pressing of whole grapes. Spontaneous fermentation of grape juice in stainless steel. After the end of fermentation minimal doses of plant-based clarier are used.
No contact with wood. Before bottling, a maximum of up to 50 mg/l of sultes are added.
