Vinification: The grapes are sorted and kept drying for two months in open and well-ventilated place, achieving a natural concentration of sugars, acidity, color and flavors. The dried grapes are crushed and fermented at 24-26°С. No barrel ageing.
Tasting notes: Shiny ruby color. Attractive nose rich in ripe blackberries and ripe plums. Full bodied wine with velvet tannins and rich complexity.
