Winemaking
In the period from September 15 – October 20, we provide the opportunity to experience the magic of winemaking, to unite your team and to create your company wine.
The package is for groups of 8 to 30 people and includes:- A tour of the winery and an introduction to the technological process;
- Participation in a grape harvesting;
- Destalking and crushing the grapes;
- Starting fermentation and tracking the process over time with photos and video;
- Gift - 2 bottles of the finished wine with a custom-printed label;
- Lunch among the vineyards;
- Tasting of our HandMade limited edition wine, Reserve Mavrud and Vinica
Wine Workshop
Love good wine, time spent with colleagues in sweet talk and games. Now you have the opportunity to make a wine to your taste. How to do it? By taking advantage of our Wine Workshop Package.
The package is for groups of 8 to 20 people and includes:- A tour of the winery and an introduction to the technological process;
- Tasting of 3 wines from our assortment, accompanied by Einkorn bread, cheese and appetizers;
- Wine-themed games, introduction to the tasting steps;
- Presentation and tasting of 2 wines with different taste qualities and guidelines for their blending (mixing);
- Making a personal blend by each participant;
- Hand-bottling of the finished blend, affixing of a custom-print label;
- Gift - the bottle of hand-bottled blend;
From May to October, weather permitting, the workshop takes place outdoors in our pavilion with a panoramic view of the vineyards.
