: Maceration at a low temperature for 48 hours after crushing. Fermented with our own yeast culture (ZM86), isolated from our vineyard. Unfiltered, sediment may appear.
Ageing: 6 months in Bulgarian oak barrels. In bottles for more than 6 months before marketing.
Tasting notes:
Ruby red color. Rich and intensive aroma with accents of black fruits and spices. Well balanced, juicy with persistent aftertaste.
