Vinification: 4 days maceration at 8-10ºC for maximum color extraction. Spontaneous fermentation. The wine stays with the lees in one month with daily batonnage. Unfiltered, sediment may appear.
Tasting notes: Bright raspberry color. Delicate nose with notes of ripe cherries and raspberries. Elegant body, crisp acidity with fruity finish.
